Returns are quick and easy.

Our Customer Service will review your request within 24/48 hours.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send the items to the following address: CANARIS , Strada Provinciale 362 per Sogliano, 73013 Galatina (LE) and include a sheet of paper with the following information inside the package: name, surname, order number, reason for the return, and IBAN if cash on delivery was chosen as the payment method at the time of purchase.

Items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, repaired, or otherwise treated. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the customer and must be appropriately packaged. All other tags, both fabric and hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed. The product must be returned within 48 hours of receiving the return authorization email from our Customer Service (the date indicated on the postmark or courier's delivery note will be considered valid). Returns will be processed within 3-4 business days of receiving the returned goods at our warehouse.

CANARIS reserves the right to refuse returns outside the specified time limit if the items are not in the same condition as they were sent and/or do not meet the return conditions. We may withhold a refund until we receive the items or provide proof of return.

The refunded amount does not include the initial shipping costs. CANARIS reminds you that the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, CANARIS reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

Exchanges are accepted upon notification within 20 days of receiving the package. Simply contact us on WhatsApp at +393314065791 and arrange the exchange. The new item will be sent after we receive the exchanged item.

REFUND INFORMATION

Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse, we will verify that they comply with the above specifications. We will then refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, within 15 days of delivery. The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase.

Please note: Once you receive the refund confirmation email, the credit will appear on your credit card within 24-48 hours.
